Almost everyone already knows that lemon juice contains acids that speed up the human metabolism. The vitamin C found in citrus fruits is a powerful antioxidant. A diet based on this wonderful fruit is very effective and easy. Just mix lemon juice with water and drink it every morning.
Fruit diet
The diet should ideally be followed for 2 weeks, which is the optimal time needed to cleanse the human body and speed up metabolic processes.
First day
Mix the juice of one lemon with a glass of water — drink it in one go.
Second day
Double the consumption: once in the morning on an empty stomach before breakfast and once before the second meal (lunch)
Every following day increase the amount by one lemon — mix the juice with water. The drink should not be consumed all at once, but divided into portions.
Seventh day
Juice from three lemons mixed with 10 glasses of water and 1 tablespoon of honey. Drink for the whole day.
Eighth day
Mix the juice of 6 lemons with 6 glasses of water.
From days 9 to 13 reduce the number of lemons — 1 per day. On the last day of the diet repeat day no. 7.
Water with lemon and honey is an excellent way to end the detox program.
Result
After drinking it you should feel comfortable and lighter. We recommend drinking lemon water always 1 hour before a meal.
