Most of us imagine elaborately decorated cakes with marzipan flowers and little figures when it comes to the subject of cake decorating. Decorating a cake so that it looks perfect, however, doesn’t necessarily have to be as complicated as it seems at first glance.
Cake decorating
You can create a perfectly finished cake at home yourself. You just need to know the perfect trick that makes decorating fun.
Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 800 g powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
This will serve as a solid base for the decorating mixture. To that add only cutters, a brush, a little water and patience, and an eye-catching and very elegant cake is born.
