An increasingly growing problem in today’s society is that the number of people suffering from gluten intolerance is rising. It is important to emphasize that this is not an allergy, but rather a condition of the intestines in the body that can negatively affect the quality of everyday life.
Gluten
Once gluten in the form of cereals and wheat reaches the intestines, the intestines consider this food a foreign object that irritates them.
A person subsequently feels this condition as abdominal pain.
Stomach pain
After you ingest gluten into your body you may experience bloating, constipation or diarrhea.
In extreme cases, when the intestinal walls are damaged, the absorption of vitamins and minerals into the body may be disrupted.

Headache
Unpleasant headaches appear within an interval of 30 – 60 minutes. Blurred vision and pain around the eyes occur.
Itching
During the process when the body tries to process gluten, inflammation occurs that can be observed on the skin. Your skin will start to itch. Various manifestations then appear on the skin such as pimples and redness.
Fibromyalgia
In this case we are talking about a chronic disease that manifests as pain in muscles, tendons and ligaments. This disease mostly affects women.
Fatigue
If even after a long sleep of approx. 8 hours you feel tired, it is a sign that something is wrong in your body. The body uses a lot of energy to process gluten and therefore you feel exhausted afterward.
