An increasingly growing problem in today’s society is that the number of people suffering from gluten intolerance is rising. It is important to emphasize that this is not an allergy, but rather a condition of the intestines in the body that can negatively affect the quality of everyday life. 

Gluten

Once gluten in the form of cereals and wheat reaches the intestines, the intestines consider this food a foreign object that irritates them.
