Many of us watch what we eat and drink all day and whether we get enough exercise and activity. Still, it happens that such a person suddenly gains weight. Such weight gain can be a consequence of evening bad habits that we do shortly before sleeping.

Electronic devices are found almost everywhere around us in today’s modern age. These devices, however, emit blue light, which has a negative effect on sleep, as a result of which weight increases. 
This blue light affects the production of melatonin in the body and, as a result, leads to poor regulation of sleep habits. 
Therefore we recommend that you read a book before sleeping and put electronic devices away as far from you as possible. 

Alarm set for a late hour

It is scientifically proven that people who get up early in the morning are slimmer than those who get up late in the morning or even later. 
Even if getting up isn’t your favorite activity, force your body to wake up and start the day early in the morning. 

The wrong color

The color that surrounds us also affects our sleep and subsequent weight. 
Blue is suitable for a calmer sleep because it radiates relaxation and calm. At the same time blue suppresses the appetite.
Red or orange, on the other hand, stimulates appetite.
