1. Breakfast

First cook or bake 2 medium-sized potatoes and eat them with cucumber slices and potatoes (or with wholegrain bread).

Later for a snack have fresh fruit or a fruit salad. Drink coffee and tea without sugar.
Another good alternative for lunch is the following:
- cucumber
- 1 slice of bread with 2 eggs or 150 grams of tuna in its own juice
- 2 potatoes
You can eat either bread or potatoes, not both at the same time. By the way, never combine bread with potatoes, not just on this cucumber diet.
If you don’t like tuna, you can have lean white meat instead, for example another fish or poultry. Meat is best boiled or grilled, not fried.
Cucumber smoothie
Between meals or when you get hungry, have a cucumber smoothie. There is no limit to it, you can consume as much as you want.
You will need the following ingredients:
- cucumber
- a piece of ginger
- apple
- 20 grams of nuts or almonds
- a handful of spinach
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and add as much clean water as needed to achieve a consistency acceptable to you. Just wash the apple and cucumber, do not peel them.
Garnish your smoothie with crushed nuts or almonds. Always prepare the smoothie fresh, do not store it even in the refrigerator.
The mentioned shake not only has minimal calories, but also many enzymes, vitamins (A, B, C and K), minerals (iron, magnesium) and fiber, which support digestion and metabolism.
3. Dinner
For dinner eat fruit according to your taste.
You will need about 300 grams of fresh fruit or a fruit salad.
