Many of us often ask ourselves how it is possible that we are gaining weight again and the answer to this question is usually linked to a high intake of fats and carbohydrates in the everyday diet. Sugar in the body
Sugar is one of the main causes of weight gain, but it can also lead to health problems. This can be accompanied by headaches, disorientation, fatigue, depression, inflammation and infections.
From a certain perspective the human body does indeed need sugar to be able to function at 100%. We are talking about a reasonable amount that provides our body with energy. If you consume sugar that the body no longer converts into energy, it begins to be stored in the body and we subsequently gain weight.

Cabbage salad with lemon juice, carrot, salt, olive oil and chopped parsley, or grilled zucchini and yellow bell pepper with a little thyme and vinegar.

Baked cod served with sprouts and cucumber or cooked vegetables

Omelette made from 3 eggs with shrimp or a radish salad with nuts and almonds

Roast chicken served with onions, thyme and black olives
Dinner
Penne pasta with brown rice and a tomato sauce with basil and mushrooms
Detox drink
- Mix fresh mint or rosemary with water and add orange, blueberries, grapefruit or strawberries.
- Drink herbal or green tea 3 times a day.
- You may drink only 1 cup of black coffee per day
