Coconut oil is becoming increasingly popular because it is very difficult to find a product that would contain so many beneficial substances and at the same time have so many uses.
Coconut oil
Coconut oil consists of very specific fatty acids that are metabolized completely differently than other vegetable fats. At low temperatures the oil solidifies and at high temperatures it becomes liquid. The properties of the oil remain the same in both consistencies.
