The human body is connected with a wide range of nerve endings. One of the most important nerves ends in the lumbar spine and because of that we often feel unpleasant pain. But even this seemingly unsolvable problem has an easy solution.

Pinched lumbar nerve

This pain of a pinched nerve is known to many people. The pain is truly very intense and unpleasant. People with this problem reach for a painkiller at first, but it is best to find a specialist.

Musculature

A pinched nerve is mostly caused by age and also by lack of movement. The problem is shortened muscles from inactivity, which contribute to the nerve becoming pinched.

Treatment

If this health problem appears for you, it is good to immediately consult a specialist who will first help relieve the pain and then look for the cause of this pain and treat it.
The basics are medications and certain exercises that stretch and relax the muscles around this area.

Exercise 1

This exercise is suitable for treating a pinched nerve, but also for its prevention. What matters in this exercise is mainly the correct position, which is lying on a firm floor. At this point bring one leg up bent so that the knee points upward.
Using your hands, pull the leg toward your chest. Hold this position for half a minute and relax the leg. Then repeat the exercise on the other leg.

Exercise  2

You will lie on your back on a firm and hard surface. Now bend your legs and place them in the position “foot over foot”. In any case, hold this position. Place your hands on the thigh of the lower leg.
With your hands pull the leg toward you and again hold for half a minute. Then repeat the exercise on the other leg.

Conclusion

Ideally use these exercises regularly to be able to prevent a pinched nerve. If pinching has occurred, do these exercises every day. Repeat the exercise 3 times for half a minute each.
