The egg diet is one of the most effective, thanks to which you will lose excess kilograms much faster. Try this seven-day regimen yourself and reduce your weight as soon as possible. The menu is very simple and you will definitely be able to stick to it for a week.
Thanks to eggs and a well-composed menu, your metabolism will speed up many times, triggering many different processes in your body. However, do not follow this diet long-term; after the week-long cure be sure to return to a balanced and varied diet. This diet is certainly not a good long-term eating habit, as the menu lacks many nutrients necessary for life.
Eggs are full of healthy nutrients
An egg contains a high amount of protein and other nutrients that will help you maintain energy, but they will also kick-start your metabolism and help you lose weight. Try this weekly menu and after finishing you will find that the excess kilograms are gone.
For the first day prepare a glass of low-fat milk for breakfast, two eggs and two oranges. For lunch enjoy boiled chicken meat without skin together with a glass of unsweetened yogurt. For dinner prepare enough vitamin C in the form of one orange and add one egg and 150 grams of boiled chicken.
On the second day don’t forget the vitamins
For breakfast on the second day prepare freshly squeezed lemon juice together with a glass of lukewarm or warm water. Also prepare two hard-boiled eggs on the plate. For lunch enjoy 150 grams of baked fish with one sweet grapefruit. Dinner will be hearty and you won’t feel hungry anytime soon. Prepare three hard-boiled eggs.
On the third day of your egg diet for breakfast enjoy fresh lemon juice together with a lukewarm glass of water and two hard-boiled eggs. For lunch savor boiled beef (about 180 grams) and choose one grapefruit for dessert. Dinner will again be hearty in the form of three hard-boiled eggs.
On the fourth day add vegetables
For breakfast prepare three scrambled eggs with onion, dill and parsley. For lunch then prepare a cucumber, a tomato and boiled chicken meat. Make dinner light; one hard-boiled egg together with an orange will be enough.
On the fifth and sixth days repeat the same lineup; choose one favorite breakfast, one lunch and one dinner from previous days. On the final, seventh day, enjoy half a grapefruit with two eggs for breakfast, then prepare one orange and 180 grams of beef for lunch. For dinner one glass of water will be enough.
