American physicians William Green, Stefan Goldstein and Alex Moss, who studied the phenomenon of death, examined thousands of case histories of suddenly deceased patients. Their data show that most people had a premonition of their demise. It is true that their foreknowledge did not consist of prophetic declarations or preparations for a funeral, but of a peculiar psychological state and often a desire to put their affairs in order. It turns out that many people experience a depressive state shortly before death, which can last from a week to six months. Doctors suggest that this strange melancholy is caused by hormonal changes in the body. And the psychological function of the seemingly groundless despair is to prepare the central nervous system for inevitable death. This version corresponds to the view shared by many scientists that death is simply the transition of consciousness into another form of being, into the energetic plane of existence. Otherwise, why would the body need such “psychological preparation”? After all, wouldn’t it be useful to know whether everything will soon stop once and for all?
What is the strange ability of people to predict death?
The answer to this question is given by “The Tibetan Book of the Dead”. According to Eastern beliefs, a human is a creature composed of two kinds of matter: dense and subtle. Dense matter forms the human physical body. The subtle makes up his spiritual essence, in particular the subtle body invisible to ordinary sight — a kind of shell of the soul. Death is nothing other than the separation of the subtle body from the physical. The subtle body has its own aura, which clairvoyants can see. The radiation of this aura allows us to determine the state of a person’s health. Aura diagnostics has long been used in psychic healing. But why is this dreadful premonition given to a person?

Only the physical body dies, while consciousness continues to exist as a condensation of energy.
