How to make mint oil
- Thoroughly wash the mint leaves under running water and grind them in a mortar.
- Pour olive oil over the mint mixture and let it stand in a closed container for 24 hours.

- Repeat this procedure for 5 days.
- Store the oil in a dark, dry place.

Inhaling mint oil stimulates a person’s psyche, removes stress and nervousness. This clears the mind and makes a person more concentrated and focused. Similar effects are produced by other mint products, such as teas, ointments or balms.

Mix one cup of sea salt, one third cup of olive oil and a few drops. Use the mixture as a foot scrub. Your feet will be beautifully soft and clean, while the mint will relax and loosen the muscles in the legs.
