A large portion of the population suffers from high blood pressure. These people often end up at a doctor who prescribes medication, and yet they themselves do not know that there is a simple recipe made from natural ingredients that will return your blood pressure to normal values in a few years.
Not only a rosehip decoction will help you, but also a small amount of alcohol
This simple recipe will help you with high blood pressure if you take the decoction for several months. As with other methods, quick results cannot be expected.
Just put several tablespoons of rosehips into a pot, add a piece of onion and pour one liter of cold water and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat. Then let it cool, squeeze out the onion and, if necessary, add more boiled water, because it is important that the broth amounts to one liter. Consume it fresh for two days, then you must prepare a new batch. Try to stick with the treatment for four months, after which your blood pressure should level out – have it checked by a doctor.
In addition to drinking rosehip decoction, short and intense walks will also help you. Meditation exercises, yoga and deep breathing lower the level of stress hormones, which also ensures a reduction in blood pressure. Alcohol can also help. According to studies, it was found that the less we drink, the less the blood pressure decreases. So allow yourself at least 300 ml of beer or 140 ml of wine daily.
Do you like coffee? Don’t forbid it, but switch to decaffeinated
Coffee as such helps maintain concentration thanks to caffeine. But caffeine also raises blood pressure and increases the effect of stress. It is therefore advisable to switch to decaffeinated coffee, from which you will get the same enjoyment but it will not harm your health. Other ways to relieve high blood pressure include:
- Consuming potatoes
- Treating yourself to a piece of dark chocolate
- Not overdoing it at work
- Consuming soy
An interesting finding is that snoring can also cause high blood pressure. Snoring is one of the symptoms of sleep apnea. Other symptoms may include fatigue and morning headaches.
