Blackheads or acne form in pores as a result of accumulated sebum production and dead skin cells. Dirt, however, is not the main cause of acne and daily cleansing of the skin with cosmetic products does little to help this situation.
To remove blackheads, mechanical cleansing of the skin is necessary, preferably a product with deep cleansing.
We offer you a recipe to treat blackheads
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation:
Add the specified amount of baking soda and lemon juice to a bowl. Mix well until you obtain a smooth consistency. It should resemble thick cream.
Application
Wash your face with warm water and pat dry. This will help clean the skin and open the pores.
Apply the mixture with a brush or a clean toothbrush and gently massage it into areas with blackheads. Important: do not use the mixture on fresh wounds or irritated areas of the skin.
Leave on for 15 minutes
Rinse your face with lukewarm water, definitely not hot. Finally, apply your daily moisturizer.
Don’t expect acne to disappear after the first application
Do not use it more than once a week. After the 4th use your pores will be cleaned and tightened. Once you reach the desired effect, stop the procedure.
Citric acid will remove dead skin and lighten it. By having your pores cleaned, you will also prevent the formation of acne. Soda has antibacterial properties, so it prevents infections after removing blackheads.
