Changing bed linen is probably nobody’s favorite, but it’s better than lying every day among lots of bacteria.
You don’t want to sleep with bacteria
This is what your bed looks like when you don’t change it for a long time. How often should you change it?
People very often think that their home is almost always clean and free of bacteria.
But the opposite is true; some places are exactly what you don’t want — storage rooms for fungi and bacteria. Such places include, for example, your bed.
Why it’s good to change bed linen every week
If you consider that you sleep 6-10 hours a day in that transshipment point of bacteria and dirt, you’ll quickly realize that various diseases and pulmonary problems can arise from it.
Experts agree that you should change the bed at least once a week.
And that’s mainly because there are people who like to sleep naked or go to bed without showering in the evening before sleep.
How to wash bed linen properly
Cases like those people should change their bedding even 2x a week.
Your bedding provides a home to many bacteria and pathogenic viruses that you will only remove if you wash it properly.
And ideally at the highest possible temperature. The warmer the water, the greater the chance that the bedding will be sterile.
