How to prepare the weed killer?
Mix 4 liters of vinegar with 250 g of salt and 1 teaspoon of dish soap. Mix this solution in a spray bottle and spray directly onto the weeds. They wilt after applying this solution. It’s simple, but tried last year and very effective – it’s great on weeds and grass that overgrow your walkway or decorative stones. We had this problem on the terrace and this remedy killed the weeds immediately. I just collected the wilted pieces into a bucket.

Put the salt into the empty washing machine and pour in the vinegar. Set it to 90 degrees and start the cycle. When the water heats to this temperature, turn it off and let it sit for 3-4 hours. Then just run a rinse cycle without spinning. This method saved my washing machine, the laundry smells lovely again and I don’t even need fabric softener. I now only add washing powder to the machine and vinegar occasionally.

(We can also use a half dose, or set the rest aside for later – you never know when you’ll need it)
- 150 ml of heated Vinegar
- boiling water
procedure:
Mix the powder with the salt, stir well and pour into the drain. You don’t have to use the whole dose; you can use the rest later. For easier pouring use, for example, a sugar container. Pour a cup of heated vinegar over the mixture.
Then pour hot water into the drain.

For washing, for milk, even when you don’t have time to launder

To start prepare a smaller dose (I make it today from 1 l of boiled water and 1 teaspoon of salt), you need 250 of boiled water and ¼ teaspoon of sea salt. Let the mixture cool completely, pour it into an empty nasal spray bottle (to avoid spilling, use a syringe). Then plug one nostril with your finger, simply spray the saline solution into the other and then blow. Repeat the same procedure with the other nostril. Use the solution as needed; it will help in a few days.
Sprinkle salt on a greasy stain on clothing as quickly as possible.
Salt absorbs most of the grease. Just sprinkle, wait and shake out. A large stain will be much easier to remove with normal washing and a small one will disappear immediately.
