Many of us no longer remember this period or only vaguely. Many grandparents, however, claim that they were happiest during the communist era. They say that everything had clearly defined rules and life was easier.

Just look at a typical menu from that time. It may not have included sweet potato fries or pork ribs with honey and barbecue sauce, but people still miss it very much.
It was clean, home-style cooking that everyone loved.
