Sleep, in addition to having beneficial effects on our organism, is often also associated with various influences of religion or culture. During sleep people feel not only relief but also vibrations.
In traditional Christian society sleep takes the form of a kind of purification, and even in the Bible dreams are depicted as a way of communicating with God. In Eastern cultures it is believed that energy flows through the body via so‑called energy points. According to Eastern sages these points are connected to our biological rhythm and each point represents a different part of the body.
Depending on when we wake up, we can assign specific body organs to particular hours and thus find out what our body wants to tell us.

The most common time to fall asleep. In today’s modern age it is precisely stress from everyday worries that prevents us from falling asleep. For this reason problems with falling asleep are associated with stress and anxiety.

According to Eastern teachings the gallbladder is most active at this time. It is linked to issues in the emotional area of life, so waking at this time may indicate worries on that level.
01: 00-03: 00 Anger
The main organ of this time period is the liver. It often involves a difficult coming to terms with envy or anger that we may not even admit to ourselves.
03: 00-05: 00 Contact with the supernatural
During this period the subconscious is most active. If you wake during this phase of sleep, it may mean that a higher power is trying to contact you.
05: 00-07: 00 Suppression of emotions
The intestines are most active at these hours. According to Eastern knowledge this area of the body helps us distinguish between good and evil. Problems with imbalance may therefore be associated with emotional blockages – anger, envy …
