How it is made
The preparation is very simple. You only need four ingredients for it.
- 1 kg of bones from a cow’s legs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of bay leaves
- 1.5 l of non-chlorinated water
You should rinse the bones well before cooking, put them in a pot and then just add the remaining ingredients. It should take about six hours if you make it in a pressure cooker. After the first three hours slightly lower the temperature. The longer you cook it, the more effective it will be, but don’t overdo it.
