Recently my friend, a doctor, sent me a video. Where he shows specific reasons why you should raise your arms for 1 minute; it deserves attention. My physiotherapist friend thinks so too.
What happened to my body when I started raising my arms for 1 minute a day?
Based on my friend’s advice I started this simple exercise every day. When I had time, I raised my arms up even 3 times a day.
What did I notice after a week?
- It was easier for me to keep my back straight. Because I have long had cervical osteoporosis, it is difficult for me to walk and sit with a straight back. After a week of exercise it was much easier. When you raise your arms up you train the shoulder and back muscles, which helps to get rid of spinal deformities.
- I felt lightness in my abdomen. By raising your arms we help food pass through the digestive tract without problems, without causing fermentation and decomposition. My metabolism improved!
- By raising the arms we help the internal organs assume the correct position.
How to perform the exercise correctly
Raise your arms parallel to each other, tighten your abs and stand for 1 minute. You can repeat the exercise very often, 5-10 times a day. I did only 3 times, and not even every day, and I saw results in a week!
