First you need to detox

First, you should focus on removing toxins from your body. That’s why you should start with a detox. The digestive system is very important for our body. When your digestive tract is irritated, your hormones are out of balance, which leads to frequent food cravings.

One of the best ways for a healthy and natural detox is to drink a glass of warm water mixed with honey and lemon first thing in the morning. An hour later you can have a fruit juice. You can enjoy a normal lunch. After lunch you can have another juice. Before each juice or meal you should drink a glass of warm water with lemon. During the detox you should not starve, because it can have negative consequences on the body. Nourish your body and it will nourish you in return.

Avoid foods that have a high glycemic index such as soda, sugar, baked goods, pasta and everything processed. You should consume fruits and vegetables, oatmeal, nuts, beans and more. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Belly

The main reason for storing too much fat around the belly is cortisol. You should eat basil, spinach, citrus fruits, beans and barley, which contain substances that reduce elevated cortisol in the body.

Back

 

Elevated insulin levels can cause fat accumulation in the back area. You should consume foods containing linoleic acid such as yogurt, cheese, green vegetables and whole grain products.

 

Buttocks

Increased levels of estrogen cause fat to accumulate in the buttock area. You should eat cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli and cabbage, which are very effective. You can lower blood estrogen levels by consuming flax, sesame and chia seeds. Red grapes and pomegranate can also be helpful.

TIP: Dr. Turner says that if you eat twice as much fat and protein as carbohydrates, you will restore your hormones and stay full longer. This way your food cravings will be reduced.
