In today’s article we will reveal a recipe for an amazing soup that increases energy, improves brain function, detoxifies the body and, moreover, tastes great.

It contains a phytonutrient called polyacetylenes, which has been shown to be an effective substance in suppressing inflammation in conditions such as arthritis, rheumatism or osteoarthritis.

Ingredients

To prepare 8 servings of this soup you will need the following ingredients:

  • 2 glasses chopped red beets
  • 1 cup chopped apple
  • 2 glasses chopped celery (stalks)
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 glasses chopped carrots
  • 4 glasses vegetable or chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 dcl apple cider vinegar
  • 1 to 2 dcl unsweetened coconut milk
  • By “glass” we mean a cup with a volume of 2 dcl.

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients except the coconut milk into a large pot.

2. Put it on the stove, bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes or until everything is soft.

3. Let the soup cool slightly and then blend it in a blender with the coconut milk until it has a smooth texture.

4. Done! Your medicinal soup is ready to eat.

If you need fewer or more than 8 servings, adjust the amount of each ingredient proportionally.
