Today we bring to your attention a diet designed for 10 days that has achieved great success around the world. Its promoter is the well-known Russian dietitian Margarita Koroleva, and among many show-business stars the diet has been cited as a simple way to get back in shape. By following the diet you can easily lose up to 5 kg in 10 days, strengthen your immunity and rid your body of toxins.
It is based on 3 cycles and each of them contains one product - rice, chicken or vegetables. The first two ingredients are rich in carbohydrates and proteins, and vegetables contain fiber, which will put your body in order and cleanse you of toxins.
Days 1–3
For the first three days consume rice. In the morning thoroughly wash 250 g of rice that has been soaked overnight in water. Pour boiling water over it in a 1:2 ratio and cook for 15 minutes. Divide the resulting amount of cooked rice into 6 equal portions to be eaten during the day. The last meal should be no later than 8 PM.
Margarita recommends adding 3 tbsp of honey to the rice and drinking at least 2.5 liters of plain water.
Days 4–6
For the next 3 days your diet should consist only of chicken. Prepare 1.2 kg of chicken by steaming it and carefully remove the meat from the bones. Divide the pieces of meat into 6 equal portions, which should also be consumed no later than 8 PM. Honey is included during these 3 days, but a larger amount of water is a necessity.
Days 7–10
After 3 days of eating chicken, vegetables come next. The remaining 4 days will consist of 500 g of cooked or steamed vegetables and 500 g of fresh vegetables. Again divide everything into 6 portions and consume them no later than 8 PM.

You can add honey to the water, which you should also take in the same quantity as before. The main bonus is green tea, which you can drink in varying amounts, but remember that it is diuretic.
The diet is not intended for people who are used to eating anything and suddenly decide to switch to this 10-day regimen. The result will be negative consequences for the body, which certainly will not help them lose weight.
On the contrary, it is suitable for those who have already adjusted their eating habits and want to speed up the weight-loss process a bit, for example before an important event.
