Procedure for making the tasty cake

Mix the flour with the sugar and gradually add it to the mixture of beaten eggs and sugar. Thorough mixing is important.   • Oil – a small amount is enough
  • Water and milk

  • 250 grams of water;
  • 500 grams of flour;
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar and the same amount of salt;
  • 20 grams of oil;
  • 7 grams of yeast.

Preparation method

Take a bowl, pour in warm water and carefully add the dry yeast. Keep stirring to avoid lumps. Let it activate for a few minutes and add a little olive oil, salt and sugar. Again mix everything thoroughly to prevent lump formation. In the next step add the flour, which should be sifted to make it really fine. Once all the ingredients are mixed, knead the dough thoroughly until a unified mass forms.

Divide the dough into about three parts and place them in a container covered with a cloth and put in a warmer spot. The dough will rise in about 30 to 60 minutes. After this time it is suitable for shaping into a base and further preparing the whole pizza. If you do not bake all three parts at once, you can save them for later. Part of the dough can be stored in the refrigerator and even in the freezer. Such dough can be used, for example, in a few days when you will have a prepared semi-finished product ready for making a tasty pizza. Rolling out a thin base may require a bit of practice, but you will master the technique quickly and it will become easy for you.
