How to incorporate herbs into the diet?

On the first “diet” day you should consume rice in combination with green tea. Cook 200 grams of rice and divide it into five portions to eat throughout the day. While doing so, sip unsweetened green tea. It has very beneficial effects on the body. It supports detoxification due to the presence of antioxidants and also helps with removing excess fluid from the body, reducing swelling, and eliminating excess salt. On the second day enjoy coriander and soft curd cheese. Ideally chop fresh coriander into small pieces and mix with 500 grams of soft curd cheese. Divide it into five portions and consume during the day. Also wash down each portion with an infusion of dried coriander. The third day will be about chamomile, honey and oats. Prepare chamomile tea with honey, which you sip throughout the day while consuming oatmeal. Cook about 250 grams of it. Again divide the total amount into several portions for the day.

Dietary regimen for the last two days

On the fourth day it’s St. John’s wort and buckwheat’s turn. St. John’s wort will support the metabolism and suppress appetite. Buckwheat is again a very diet-friendly food. Cook about 300 grams of buckwheat porridge and divide into 5 portions. Eat it throughout the day and wash down bites with St. John’s wort tea with a little lemon juice. On the last diet day try rosehips combined with apples. Prepare about one kilogram of apples for the day and eat them in various preparations — raw whole, or for example grated. Also incorporate a rosehip decoction into the daily menu. It’s suitable to drink it up to five times a day.
