In addition to the aforementioned infectious diseases, it will also protect you against diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease and cancer. It is enough that you consume it at least once every 1 to 2 weeks .
It owes its effects mainly to its ingredients with strong anti-inflammatory properties. Inflammation is in fact the primary cause of many chronic and lifestyle diseases.

For its preparation you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 3 dl coconut milk
- 2 chopped apples
- 400 ml red lentils
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 2 to 3 glasses of water
- a pinch of pepper
- salt
Preparation
Follow these steps:
1. First, wash the lentils in cold water.
2. In a pot, melt the coconut oil and sauté the onion in it until golden and softened.
3. Then add the turmeric, pepper, salt and apples. Cook it for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Next, add the lentils to the pot and pour in the water. Bring the soup to a boil, cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
5. Finally add the coconut milk and cinnamon and continue cooking on low heat until the lentils are soft.
Add water as needed, depending on whether you prefer the soup thinner or thicker.
Consumption
Serve the soup warm, but not boiling. You can garnish it with ground pumpkin seeds or grated coconut.
You can consume it as often as you like. For the best preventive effect against illnesses it is good to have it at least once a week .
