Kefir with beet
The diet involves a fairly modest intake for its entire duration. 1 kg of cooked beet, 1.5 liters of low-fat yogurt, 1.5–2 liters of water – the full range of products you will need to eat in a day.
A sufficient amount of water is necessary to prevent dehydration.
Eating the specified amount of products is required for 5–6 days. If you dislike such foods, you can blend the beet and mix it with the yogurt. It turns out to be a wonderful cocktail.
After three days of the strict diet, the diet can be enriched with cooked meat and fish (up to 400 g per day, divided into 3 portions).
Even on the following days (4), you can eat a couple of apples and citrus fruits. The result will exceed all expectations!
