Recipe for turmeric water
To make turmeric water you will need the following ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 glass (2 dcl) of water
- a pinch of pepper
Preparation
1. First, bring the water to a boil in a pot over the stove.
2. Then add the turmeric and pepper to it (to improve the absorption of curcumin in the intestines).
3. Reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for another 5 to 10 minutes.
4. After cooking, let it cool for a few minutes and then drink it.
