Fruits and vegetables contain natural antioxidants that will cleanse your body of harmful substances and thereby help keep the skin healthy and beautiful. You should not overdo fruit, because its excessive consumption combined with a regular diet causes fermentation in the body. Therefore, rather prefer vegetables; you should eat at least two hundred grams of fresh vegetables daily and one piece of some fruit. Alternate the different kinds so that various vitamins and mineral elements get into your body.
Our tip: Reserve one day a week for cleansing. On that day eat only fresh fruits and vegetables and combine them at most with low-fat yogurt or cheese. This will help not only your skin but also your health.
2) Eliminate SUGAR FROM YOUR DIET
Nothing devastates our body and health like white refined sugar. Besides increasing the occurrence of obesity, literally every teaspoon of sugar makes us older. Sugar causes weakening of collagen in the face, which results in the appearance of the first wrinkles. White flour has the same effects on our body as sugar. Increase in your diet the intake of whole grain foods, legumes, proteins and healthy fats.

3) STOP ALCOHOL and cigarettes
Alcohol and cigarettes have a negative effect not only on our health but also on our beauty. Dear ladies, these two drugs are a direct disaster for your skin. Female smokers already have skin at thirty that is ten years older than it should be at their age. Regular drinking damages the liver, stomach, kidneys which ultimately is reflected on our skin.
Our tip: If you go out on a Friday evening, instead of alcohol treat yourself to one or two glasses of red wine; it contains the substance revastrol, which contributes to slowing down aging.
4) PROPER HYDRATION
Dehydrated skin won’t be helped even by the best moisturizing cream if you don’t replenish fluids from within.
It is recommended to drink 2 – 3 liters of fluids daily, preferably still water. Water helps eliminate impurities and toxins from the body. If we drink little, pores become clogged, leading to inflammations and skin problems.
Our tip: Complement your drinking regimen daily with at least one cup of green tea; it is rich in antioxidants and slows the aging process.
5) MOVE REGULARLY AND relax
Without movement no one can remain young or vital. If you do not want to be the one who is out of breath on the first staircase and breathes like a pressure cooker, prescribe yourself at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. Movement allows our lymphatic system to get going and thanks to that toxins are flushed out of the body more quickly. Combine regular exercise with regular relaxation, especially in the form of quality sleep. If you stop staying up late and instead get up earlier, after a while you will feel changes in your vitality as well.
