Recipe for canned cucumbers that you prepare without boiling in a pot and without preparing the brine. It’s simple and the result will surely please you.

Even the biggest opponents of this summer activity will fall in love with such canning.

We need:

  • cucumbers
  • 0.5 dcl vinegar (per jar)
  • 3 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • carrot
  • onion
  • dill

Method:

The listed ingredients are for one jar. Into the jar we slice the cleaned carrot into rounds for the bottom, about three slices, the onion into rings and a little dill. We pack cucumbers into the jar and pour in the vinegar, add the sugar and salt and fill with boiling water.

Close with a lid and sterilize for 10 minutes in a preheated oven.

If we want spicy cucumbers, add chili.

Sterilization:

I put newspapers on the bottom of the tray, place the jars on them, both large and small, as I have just filled, pour water into the tray up to the rim and turn the oven to 150 degrees; when the oven reaches the desired temperature, I set the timer for 15 minutes.

Then I lower the temperature to 100 degrees and sterilize for another 45 minutes.

After it’s finished, I wrap them in a blanket and let them cool.
