The thyroid gland is an endocrine organ located at the front of the neck and is responsible for producing vital hormones.

Almost all important metabolic processes of the body and the functioning of other hormone-producing glands depend on its hormones.

Your body temperature, weight, skin health, heart rate, breathing, cholesterol levels, muscle strength, menstrual cycle, and central and peripheral nervous system — all of these depend on your thyroid gland.

How does the thyroid gland work?

Recipe to stimulate the thyroid gland

In this article we will reveal a recipe for a drink whose consumption can significantly stimulate the thyroid gland.

It will help you prevent the above-mentioned symptoms if the thyroid does not produce enough hormones.

Ingredients

To make the drink you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1.5 liters of plain water
  • 2 dl 100% cranberry juice (can be pasteurized)
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (preferably Ceylon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg

Preparation

1. Bring the water to a boil.

2. After it boils, add the cranberry juice, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg to it.

3. Simmer it for 5 minutes. Then turn off the heat and let it cool.

4. After cooling, strain the drink, add the lemon and orange juice, stir, pour into a glass bottle and store in the refrigerator.

Usage

Drink this beverage throughout the day instead of water. Drink at least 0.6 liter to 1 liter daily.

Use it every day for at least 1 week or until your thyroid function normalizes.
