Today we will reveal the recipe for one extra-healthy drink that will not only speed up your weight loss but also has many other health benefits.

Recipe for flaxseed tea

To make flaxseed tea you will need:

  • 3 tablespoons of flaxseeds
  • 1 liter of boiling water

METHOD:

Let the water come to a boil and add the flaxseeds. It is best to prepare the tea in the evening so it can steep overnight. For this purpose use a thermos so your tea will still be warm in the morning. In the morning the tea may have a thicker consistency, almost like jelly.

DOSAGE:

Drink 150 ml of the tea 3 to 4 times a day, always at least 30 minutes before a meal. Make fresh tea each day. Drink the tea for 10 days and then take a 10-day break.

WHY DOES IT WORK?

The main ingredient of the tea is flaxseeds. These small seeds are a very rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, specifically alpha-linolenic acid, as well as easily digestible proteins and lignans.

They also contain large amounts of soluble fiber and phenolic compounds. And of course, there is no need to mention the whole palette of vitamins and minerals.

So it’s hardly surprising that flaxseeds are often referred to today as a superfood.

If they are not yet part of your diet, you should add them to it quickly.

WHAT HEALTH BENEFITS WILL DRINKING FLAXSEED TEA BRING ME?

  • helps with weight loss, because flaxseeds contain substances that lower blood sugar and, thanks to the fiber, suppress appetite.
  • regular consumption of the tea will give you nicer and healthier skin that will be more elastic and firmer at the same time.
  • reduces and removes cellulite.
  • cleanses the large intestine of deposits and undigested food residues, thereby contributing to the body’s detoxification.
  • provides the body with lecithin.
  • the fatty acids in flaxseed stimulate fat cells and break down excess fats from them
