Professor Colin T. Campbell recently found himself at a crossroads in life. He was forced to choose between his career and revealing a new scientific discovery that would change the world for the better.

He was even sought out by the CIA, which questioned him about his new scientific discoveries. Many colleagues warned him that for his own safety he should rather not continue the controversial research.

What did Dr. Campbell discover?

Dr. Campbell is a professor of nutritional biochemistry at Cornell University. In his latest research he found that the main cause of chronic diseases (including cancer) is the consumption of animal products such as meat, milk and fish.

He claims that simple changes in diet can prevent heart disease, reduce the risk of cancer, and even cure cancer.

How animal proteins affect cancer

According to Dr. Campbell’s research, consumption of animal products activates cancer cells, while limiting meat intake reduces the risk of developing this disease.

In other words, a diet high in protein supports the growth of cancer cells and supplies oxygen to free radicals, which are often the cause of cancer development.

Dr. Campbell’s research strongly points to the fact that the cure for cancer — whether you believe it or not — is hidden in plants.

Dr. Cambell comes from a conservative family. He grew up on a farm where he was constantly taught that milk has many nutrients that are important for health.

When he began his academic career, he studied the effect of a protein-rich diet in children in the Philippines. He was very surprised when he found a connection between animal proteins and liver cancer.

What shocked him even more was when he found that one Indian study essentially came to the same conclusion.

Books with Dr. Cambell’s findings became bestsellers

In 2005 Dr. Campbell wrote a book about nutrition and epidemiological studies together with his son Thomas.

Although he expected a modest response from the public, his book was very successful. More than a million copies were sold and it was translated into 25 different languages.

In 2013 he wrote another bestseller in which he recalls that casein is the worst cancer-causing substance. His book titled The China Study can be found in some online bookstores.

Several smaller studies have shown that a plant-based diet can cure not only cancer but also heart disease, for example.

Edward Giovannucci is another well-known professor of nutrition and epidemiology from Harvard University who agrees with Dr. Campbell’s statements.

He is convinced that the typical diet is the cause of the health problems of the world’s population.

He argues that the worst thing about the Western diet is not only the high consumption of dairy products but also overeating in general. Yet the public still prefers a diet rich in animal proteins.

Although milk may be healthier than a sugary soda, studies suggest that it does not improve bone quality as has traditionally been believed, but quite the opposite. Milk increases the risk of developing osteoporosis later in life.

Sabotage by the medical community

There was great interest in publishing Campbell’s chronicle, but due to heavy pressure from the pharmaceutical industry it did not take place.

Dr. Campbell wrote in his book about the sabotaging efforts of many people from the American community focused on healthy nutrition, of which he himself was a member.

He currently presents his research among people in North Carolina and New York.

He offers free courses where he talks about how the government ignores science while praising and profiting from corporate research.
