According to current studies, the substance we will discuss today has the ability to stop cancerous growth and even completely cure cancer.
It appears to be effective against liver, pancreatic, breast, colon, stomach and prostate cancers, including lymphomas (cancer of the lymph nodes) and melanomas (skin cancer).
So far the studies have been carried out only on animals.
Unfortunately, certain medical-pharmaceutical circles are preventing the conduct of costly clinical trials on humans. They are not very interested in a truly effective cure for cancer because it would threaten their profits from the sale of chemotherapies and other ineffective drugs.
Therefore, even if you searched for the effects of this substance in the medical literature, you would not find them there, because official medicine, despite much evidence, has so far refused to acknowledge them.
Black cumin oil and current studies
The substance we are talking about is black cumin oil (in Czech černý kmín), which has been used to treat cancer and many other diseases for thousands of years, practically since ancient Egypt.
Recently, in 2011, two studies were conducted in China and Saudi Arabia, within which old literature and mentions of its therapeutic use in the past were also examined.
It turned out that it was successfully applied not only in cancer, but also in cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, asthma, kidney diseases and several other illnesses.
Researchers pointed out that they do not yet know the exact mechanism by which this oil works against cancer. It is assumed, however, that it is due to the antioxidant effect of the compound thymoquinone and its ability to strengthen the human immune system.
How black cumin oil works and when it is most effective
Based on observations during the studies, it was found that after application of black cumin oil, apoptosis (programmed cell death) of cancer cells occurs.
Another observed effect was on the APK process, which controls the survival of cells within the body.
In one Egyptian study it was also found that black cumin oil works very well in combination with honey.
The researchers then exposed mice to a strong carcinogen and subsequently examined what effect the combination of black cumin oil and honey had on them.
The mice were divided into 4 groups, with the first group given a mixture of oil and honey and the other groups given only the individual substances alone, or a placebo.
The result showed that the group of mice that were given only pure oil were protected from oxidative stress by 80%.
