Contrary to the opinion that we should avoid bananas if you want to lose weight, it is one of the most sought-after ingredients in diet drinks and also speeds up the metabolism.
Bananas are rich in potassium, which helps remove excess water from the body and one banana contains 450 mg of this element.
Besides the natural sugars: fructose, sucrose and glucose, which are an excellent source of energy for our body, consuming bananas reduces the feeling of hunger.
Bananas can be used in diet drinks as a base to which we add natural “fat burners” like flaxseed, berries and spinach, which among other things fill our body with all the basic vitamins and minerals.
Banana with flaxseed
- 1 orange
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons whey
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed
Banana with berries
- 1 banana
- 1 glass of blueberries, raspberries or cranberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- half a liter of warm water
Banana and spinach
- 1 banana
- 200 g fresh spinach
- half a glass of light yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation of these drinks is the same for all: just add the ingredients to a blender and mix. These diet, but above all healthy drinks should be consumed in the morning for breakfast.
