Article content
The recipe for this medicine was devised by the famous nun Hildegard of Bingen 800 years ago, who for her time lived a remarkably long life of up to 81 years.
It turned out that her remedy is very effective for nearly all diseases and weaknesses of the heart.
You should use it when you experience any heart problem, for example stabbing pain, palpitations, or arrhythmia.
It even works on angina pectoris (insufficient blood supply to the heart muscle).
Of course, if you suspect any heart disease, you should also visit your doctor and, on his recommendation, undergo a professional examination.
It is always better to be properly examined than to overlook some more serious condition.
Now, however, let’s return to our recipe.
Ingredients
For its preparation you will need the following:
- 10 stalks of fresh parsley with leaves (without roots)
- 1 liter of local white or red wine
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 300 grams of natural honey
Preparation
Place the parsley stalks with leaves into the clean natural wine and add the wine vinegar to it.
Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Be careful, it will foam. Later add 300 grams of honey and let it simmer for another 4 minutes.
(Note: Some properties of honey are indeed lost by heat, but they are not crucial for this recipe. If you still do not want to cook the honey, it can be added at the end after the wine has finished cooking and cooled.)
Then pour the wine into well-washed and alcohol-disinfected glass bottles.
Then close the bottles well. Sediments that occasionally form in them are not harmful and can be consumed.
Usage
Take the drink several times a day, one tablespoon at a time. Do so until all symptoms of heart trouble disappear.
In more complicated conditions, the treatment will require a longer period.
One more reminder in conclusion
As we already mentioned earlier, in case of heart problems it is always necessary to seek professional medical help.
Use the preparation described in this article as a complementary remedy.
