It sounds like a dream come true for anyone who has ever tried to lose a few kilos. Let’s admit that a good mood leaves with an empty stomach. These vegetables are also almost calorie-free and high in water content, and are healthiest raw. They contain vitamins A, C, E, K, iodine and fiber. They can easily help you overcome hunger.
Melon
Something for those who love sweets. It is 90% water, but contains more than half the recommended daily intake of vitamins A and C.
