Baba Vanga, whose real name was Vangelija Pandeva Gušterova, was a Bulgarian blind clairvoyant and a moral authority. Her entire life was shrouded in various myths. Although this unassuming woman lost her sight, she saw more than many – details concerning the past and the future. Many of her prophecies have gradually been coming true to this day.
„Všechno, co je potřeba k uzdravení, je kolem nás, příroda nám dala všechno,“ Vanga was heard to say. The healer did not in any way question the work of doctors and standard medicine. However, she often warned that synthetic drugs are bad and dangerous. She deeply believed that what is most important for our body we must achieve ourselves. She claimed that at our disposal we have everything our planet provides, and that for every disease there is a plant.
Do you suffer from health problems? Nature can help
Entrusting your health ailments to nature and letting yourself be treated by what it offers. What exactly did Baba Vanga recommend? Do you have a problem with acne? According to this Bulgarian seer, before sleeping you should wipe your face with a cotton cloth or gauze that you previously soaked in water in which soap, lemon balm and elderberry were boiled. For bronchial inflammation a handful of bay leaves will suffice. Boil them in an appropriate amount of water until part of it evaporates. Consume one tablespoon of this liquid three times a day. Do you suffer from back pain? Rub your back with honey. Do you have stomach pain? Forget the pills; tea made from basil, chamomile and mint will relieve you. For gum inflammation a sage decoction helps; for bleeding, swishing sorrel in the mouth will help. An anise infusion will relieve a headache; for escalating pain, boiled garden heather is recommended. Has the inability to fall asleep been added to the headache? Boil one to two agave leaves in two to three liters of water. Before sleeping, wash your head in this liquid.
If you are troubled by blood pressure, try a mixture of cornmeal and water. Put one tablespoon of cornmeal into hot water and let it sit overnight. Do not stir the settled mixture in the morning; simply drink it on an empty stomach. For a fever, Vanga recommended a decoction of plum, apple and pear. Once it cools, immerse yourself in it for about twenty minutes, then take a shower. Then rub yourself with grapefruit juice and leave it on overnight. In the morning, shower.
