Hristo Mermerksi, the famous Bulgarian healer and professor, revealed the truth about how to achieve longevity and a healthy life. He claims that the main secret is proper nutrition and a healthy approach to choosing the foods we consume daily.

You will need:

500 g plain yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
40 drops of 30% propolis tincture

You can freely add a handful of nuts, blueberries, or a quarter of a banana to this recipe.

Professor Mermerski recommends eating two tablespoons of plain yogurt every two hours for twenty days. He claims that you will not wait long for the result. After just twenty days you will feel slimmer, lighter and the volume of your body will visibly decrease.

The experiment that Bulgarian healer Mermerski just performed showed that garlic has almost magical properties. He took a glass of water into which he placed 80 pathogenic microorganisms and then put garlic into the glass. Already within a few hours he found that the pathogens had disappeared without a trace.

Propolis also kills many pathogens that commonly occur around us. It is considered an effective remedy against the flu, for stomach inflammation, diabetes, and even cancer. Pour 50 ml of water into a glass and add 20-30 drops of propolis. If you drink this mixture twice a day, your body will be cleansed of all bacteria and harmful substances.

Almost all of us already know about the chemicals that are added to food. The products we buy daily appeal to us mainly with pleasant aroma and rich taste. However, in high concentrations such food can even cause death. Sodium nitrate and nitrite are the most common cause of the loss of your beauty, health and youth.

With the help of these chemicals manufacturers extend the shelf life of meat and prevent the development of botulinum toxin in canned foods. Chemicals and chemistry in general can most often be found in salamis, frankfurters, sausages, bacon and canned foods.

However, the most dangerous substances are those used to prevent oil from yellowing for the preparation of potato chips. These are butylated hydroxytoluene and butylated hydroxyanisole.
