Homemade detox drink
This homemade detox drink consists of 4 ingredients and works as follows:

- improves and speeds up the passage of food through the intestines
It is recommended that while taking it you stay at home or within reach of a toilet, because it can lead to a sudden need to evacuate.
Ingredients
To prepare our intestinal detox you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of juice from fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/2 glass of fresh apple juice
- 1/2 glass of lukewarm filtered or boiled water (around 35C)
Preparation
1. Pour 1 to 1.5 dl (half a glass) of water into a pot or pan and warm it to a lukewarm temperature.
2. Add the salt to the water and stir so that it completely dissolves in the water.
3. Now add the remaining ingredients – the ginger, lemon and apple juices.
4. Stir again and the drink is ready to consume.
Usage
Drink 3 such drinks daily on an empty stomach or at least 15 minutes before a meal (for example morning, noon and evening).
The course lasts between 1 and 7 days depending on the degree of buildup of waste in your intestine, or the severity of the condition.
Also make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of plain water daily during the course, because without enough water any detox is difficult.

Scientific studies have shown that consuming just one apple a day significantly reduces the need to take more medications.
Lemon juice is an excellent detoxifier, helps digestion and is rich in vitamin C, which is a strong antioxidant.
Ginger stimulates the functions of the large intestine, reduces bloating and suppresses inflammations.
