Nearly perfect breakfasts
The combination of oats and chia seeds is considered one of the healthiest breakfasts. It contains amazing compounds that provide your body with the nutrients and energy needed for the whole day.
Moreover, this combination stimulates the metabolism and thereby fat burning and weight loss.
Oat flakes
Oat flakes are an excellent source of fiber – water-soluble fiber called beta-glucans, which are a strong stimulant of the immune system
Their regular consumption lowers cholesterol and improves cardiovascular health. They are also an excellent source of regular dietary fiber, minerals and proteins.
Chia seeds
Chia seeds, on the other hand, have a high proportion of omega-3 fatty acids and calcium. They contain powerful antioxidants and anti-inflammatory substances that reduce harmful triglycerides in the blood and improve cardiovascular health.
These breakfasts also have regenerative properties for the joints, so they are recommended for people who suffer from arthritis and inflammatory joint pain.
