When we look at the statistics, the percentage of women who died of cancer who went for mammography was the same as those who did not.
If a woman wants to protect herself from cancer today, one of the first preventive things she does is regularly go for a mammographic examination.
According to the latest research, however, this examination is not only completely unnecessary but also harmful and directly dangerous for women.
The medical community of course will never admit this, because they do not want to lose the money they earn from this examination. On the contrary, they do everything to hide the truth.
What the latest study found
The latest and so far largest study examining mammography showed, that the main problems of mammographic examination are two things.
The first is the high percentage of false positive results (it shows cancer where there is none). And the second is that the examination itself induces cancer with its X-ray radiation.
The mentioned study was conducted on nearly 90,000 women over the last 25 years.
Its conclusions have caused considerable concern. It was found that the mortality of women with it is the same as without it.
How mammography is harmful
Patients who undergo mammographic examinations are exposed to excessive doses of radiation. This significantly increases their risk of developing radiation-induced cancer.
Thus mammography not only fails to help them, but literally harms them.
Another serious problem is the inaccuracy of mammography, where there is as much chance that it will not detect cancer as there is that it will detect a disease that does not exist.
According to the National Cancer Institute (NCI), there is up to a 20% chance that a mammogram will not detect cancer, because diagnosing cancer at a very early stage is difficult even for a mammogram.
All this confusion around mammography means that women today do not know how to protect themselves from cancer.
Everything is further complicated by the arrival of 3D mammography, which emits much more radiation than the previous 2D mammograms. The risk of radiation-induced cancer thus increases further.
So how to protect yourself?
If you, like other women, are confused about cancer prevention, we have a few useful tips for you on how to protect yourself from it.
As with other types of cancer, its development depends on many factors. Therefore try to follow the following principles:
1. Avoid charred meat. Even if you cook for yourself, try to cook meat normally instead of grilling or frying, which produces the most carcinogens.
2. Make sure you consume enough iodine in your diet. To be safe, take it also in supplement form.
3. Avoid phthalates, hormonal therapies, BPA and other xenoestrogens (mainly in plastics, plastic packaging, plastic cups and in cosmetics).
4. Electric blankets can also increase the risk of cancer. Do not use them.
5. Avoid electromagnetic fields (phones, Wi‑Fi, mobile repeaters on roofs, electrical outlets near the head in the bedroom, high‑voltage lines, and the like).
6. Limit alcohol consumption.
7. Try to include a little turmeric containing curcumin in your diet every day, which significantly reduces the risk of cancer. Take turmeric with a pinch of pepper.
8. Do not wear tight bras and always take them off at night.
9. Eat foods rich in omega‑3 unsaturated fatty acids (avocado, flaxseed oil, marine fish).
10. Drink at least one fresh vegetable juice every day.
11. Maintain a healthy body weight; avoid obesity.
12. Be more active during the day, exercise regularly or at least take longer walks in nature.
13. Improve your insulin sensitivity, strengthen leptin receptors.
14. Avoid soy and unfermented soy products (some tofu is fermented, but not all types).
15. Maintain a healthy level of vitamin D in your blood. If sunlight is lacking, especially in winter, supplement it with supplements.
16. Avoid refined sugars and products that contain them (especially processed foods containing fructose or high‑fructose corn syrup).
17. Instead of mammography, the following preventive examinations are suitable alternatives: self‑examination by touch, sonography and magnetic resonance imaging.
conclusion
When protecting health today, a person must mostly rely on themselves.
It is sad, but even when following doctors’ recommendations to undergo various procedures, you must be cautious because doctors often have conflicts of interest and hidden financial motives.
