- 1 teaspoon of ground flax seeds
- 1 glass (250 ml) of organic kefir (or plain yogurt)
- 5 to 7 dried prunes
- 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
- 1/2 banana
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the cocoa powder, oats and flax seeds. Then pour kefir or yogurt over them and stir well.
Put the dried prunes into a second bowl and pour boiling water over them. Cover the bowl with a lid and let the prunes soak for 10 minutes.
Then pour out the water, chop the prunes into small pieces and transfer them into the first bowl with the other ingredients. Finally add the sliced banana to them.
The resulting mixture can be blended in a blender until you obtain a homogeneous texture or simply stirred with a spoon. The choice is yours.
Then cover the bowl with plastic kitchen wrap and put it in the refrigerator.
