It was only a few days ago that the retail chain Lidl dealt with a similar scandal. Now the Kaufland chain is facing a similar scandal, being forced to withdraw defective goods from sale that are dangerous to customers. Customers are at risk of serious health problems.

Kaufland issued an official statement that it is forced to withdraw a food product from sale that had so far been offered to all customers. 

It concerns a chocolate that, according to the Czech Food Inspection, contained salmonella. 
After consuming this chocolate, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea may occur.
