We are increasingly recording cases where retail chains withdraw certain products from sale due to their defectiveness. Chains such as Kaufland or Lidl have gone through these scandals, but now we turn our attention to the Billa retail chain, which is dealing with this problem these days.

The trading company Billa s.r.o. informed its customers on its website about the unpleasant situation the company is currently addressing. Unfortunately, the retail chain is forced to withdraw from sale a product that, after several tests and investigations, is non-compliant. It is quite possible that you have already purchased this product and have it at home.
Billa assures its customers that even without a receipt their goods will be accepted for complaint and money will be refunded.
Billa asks its customers for understanding and sincerely apologizes for everything.
