This is a recipe that will help you get rid of unpleasant illnesses and ailments. Today we would like to recommend to you an old Germanic medicine. It is a drink made of garlic, lemon, ginger and water. This natural drink has several benefits. It is essentially a combination of three extremely healthy foods that can leave truly positive effects on your health. So give it a try.
It can get rid of infections and colds:

What will we need?
- 4 larger heads (bulbs) of garlic, i.e. approximately 40 cloves
- 4 whole lemons, including the peel
- 1 smaller piece of ginger root (about 3 to 4 cm)
- 2 liters of clean water
What is the procedure?
- Wash the lemons well under lukewarm to warm water (to remove sprayed substances) and cut them into pieces. Peel the garlic and, together with the lemon and ginger, blend them in a blender.
- Transfer the mixture to a metal container or pot, add 2 liters of water and, while stirring constantly, heat everything until near boiling point.
- However, before it starts to boil, turn off the heat and let it cool completely.
- Strain the liquid through a medium-sized sieve into glass containers or bottles. Store the drink in the refrigerator.
- Drink one glass each day at least 2 hours before meals, or on an empty stomach.
- The combination of lemon, water and cooking should neutralize the smell of garlic. Before each use, shake the bottle well so that the lemon and garlic sediment at the bottom is properly mixed.
