In our article today we’ll show you how to prepare a very simple, yet useful and extremely effective recipe against hair loss.
It will help not only stop hair loss, but at the same time nourish the hair roots so much that they will begin to grow much faster.
Literally and figuratively, they’ll grow like crazy.
This is a mask made from common household ingredients that you probably already have at home. So there will be no need to run to the shops or look for anything.
Ingredients
For this mask you will need the following ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Instructions
When making the mask, proceed as follows:
- First, mash the bananas on a plate using a fork.
- Then transfer the banana purée into a bowl and add the egg yolk and lemon juice.
- Mix everything well.
- And that’s it – the mask is ready.
Applying the mask
Apply the mask to the scalp. Then take a plastic cap, for example a shower cap or swim cap, and cover your hair with it.
Then wrap your head, with the cap on, in a towel.
Leave the mask on for about 40 minutes. Finally, wash your head and hair with shampoo and warm water.
Repeat the whole course twice a week. After about a month you should notice not only that your hair growth is being restored, but also that it is visibly accelerating.
Extra tip to finish
If you want to further boost the effectiveness of the mask, you can add 1 to 2 teaspoons of onion juice to it.
The minor drawback of onion is that it smells quite strongly. So if you don’t mind its odor, which may linger on the hair, then definitely give it a try.
If the smell of onion bothers you, it’s no problem. Bananas, egg yolk, and lemon are strong enough to work even without it.
