In our article today we’ll show you how to prepare a very simple, yet useful and extremely effective recipe against hair loss.
It will not only help stop hair loss, but will also nourish the hair roots so much that they will begin to grow much faster. Quite literally and figuratively, they’ll grow like crazy.
It’s a mask made from common household ingredients that you probably already have at home. So you won’t need to run around stores or hunt anything down.
Ingredients
For this mask you will need the following ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Procedure
When making the mask, proceed as follows:
- First, mash the bananas on a plate with a fork.
- Then transfer the banana purée into a bowl and add the egg yolk and lemon juice.
- Mix everything well.
- And that’s it – the mask is ready.
Application of the mask
Apply the mask to the scalp. Then take a plastic cap, for example a shower cap or swim cap, and cover your hair with the mask.
Next, wrap your head with the cap in a towel.
Leave the mask on for approximately 40 minutes . Finally, wash your head and hair with shampoo and warm water.
Repeat the entire treatment twice a week . Approximately after a month you should notice that your hair growth not only recovers but also visibly speeds up.
Extra tip at the end
If you want to enhance the mask’s effectiveness, you can add 1 to 2 teaspoons of onion juice .
The minor problem with onion is that it smells a lot. Therefore, if you don’t mind its smell, which may remain on your hair, then definitely try it.
If the smell of onion bothers you, it’s no problem. Bananas, the egg yolk and lemon are strong enough to do the job without it.
