Ingredients

For its preparation you will need several ordinary and easily available ingredients.

  • fresh juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 glass (2 dcl) of tomato juice
  • 2 cm piece of ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder or 1 small chili pepper
  • 1 stalk of celery

Procedure

  1. First clean the ginger and cut it into smaller pieces.
  2. Put the pieces of ginger together with the lemon juice, tomato juice and chili powder (or chili pepper) into a blender.
  3. Blend everything well.
  4. Finally strain the mixture through a sieve into a glass jar and you can serve.
  5. If you want, you can chill the drink in the fridge or add a few ice cubes to it.

Usage

  • Slowly drink the prepared beverage and eat the celery stalk alongside it.
  • Prepare this drink fresh each time and consume it 2 to 3 times a day. Of course, it is assumed that you are not allergic to any of its ingredients.
  • Continue its daily consumption and you will start to notice results on yourself within 3 days.
