Recipe for yeast dumplings for soup
Ingredients:
- ½ cube of yeast
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 egg
- 1 clove of garlic
- A pinch of salt
- 2–3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
Procedure:
Fry the yeast in oil until it stops foaming. Let it cool, add the egg, salt, pressed garlic and breadcrumbs so that a dough forms. Push the dough through a haluškovač (spaetzle maker) into boiling soup. Once the dumplings float to the surface, they are done.
